Lesson: Your Tickets Page

The Tickets page is where you can see every Helpdesk request you’ve submitted — past and present — all in one place.

What you’ll find here:

  • A list of all your tickets until they are marked Closed, newest first
  • Each ticket’s current status: Open, In Progress, or Resolved
  • The original issue description and any notes added along the way
  • Cost estimates or quotes, if one was provided
  • Which tier handled it — standard Helpdesk or Programmer/Engineer-level work

How to use it:

  • Check here anytime you want an update — no need to open a new chat just to ask “what’s happening with my ticket?”
  • Tap into any ticket to see full details and history
  • If a ticket needs your approval (like a quote), you’ll see that clearly flagged here

A few things to know:

  • This page shows status, it doesn’t change it. To add details or respond to a technician, use the ticket’s notes or reply through the method they set up with you (call, chat, or email).
  • New issues need a new ticket. If something different comes up, submit it separately through the Helpdesk page rather than adding it to an existing ticket.
  • Support Chat can also check this for you. If you’d rather just ask, chat can pull up your ticket status directly — this page is for whenever you want to look yourself.
