During this session, a Cyber Assist specialist will help you finalize your subscription, secure your devices, document your tech, and explain the details. 2. Agreement & Billing: Any fee charged on this form covers your account creation and Concierge Onboarding session only. Full access to Cyber Assist services are contingent upon execution of the Subscription Agreement and Registration. Recurring monthly subscription charges start 30 days after your Concierge Onboarding. 3. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your Concierge Onboarding, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours. 4. Rescheduling: To reschedule your appointment, update the calendar invite sent to your inbox or email us.
