Automated Response: Immediate, automated action taken by the system (Quarantine/Block) to contain known and emerging threats.

Initial Triage: Review of high-severity alerts by the Cyber Assist team to confirm successful automated response.

Device Health Status: Monitoring the security agent’s health to ensure the solution is installed, running, and updated correctly.

Scheduled Maintenance: Remote execution of security updates, signature file updates, and application patches for security software.

Password Management: Provisioning, license management, and basic guidance for the Password Manager application.

Password Policy Enforcement: Ensuring the client’s master password meets complexity standards.

MFA/2FA Enforcement: Enforcing MFA/2FA on critical system logins.

Tech Helpdesk: Open a new Ticket or manage existing requests from within your own secure Client Portal.

Knowledge Base: Access our treasure trove of information on how to troubleshoot and resolve issues based on your specific systems.

24/7 Chat Support: Immediate troubleshooting and guidance for security questions and how-to guides for the enrolled products.

2: Excluded Services (OUT OF SCOPE)

The Cyber Protect subscription DOES NOT include general IT support or remediation work beyond the automated quarantine of threats.

However, our Helpdesk is available to assist with any Out-of-Scope requests at an affordable hourly rate.
