Client Portal Introduction
Step 4 of Onboarding
  1. Client Portal URL:  Click on this LINK to open our Client Portal in a new browser window. The website address for reference is:  https://portal.cyberassist.app
  2. Client Portal Access: Log into the Client Portal using your email address as the username and also for the password.  You can change the password later.

  3. Open a Ticket: Use the New Ticket button to create a test ticket. Enter information into all the fields and locate how to attach screenshots or documents. Click Send.
  4. Knowledge Base: Information specific to your technology and the systems we support will populate the Knowledge Base for easy reference.
