Install Remote Management Agent
Step 1 of Onboarding

Windows PC

  1. Download Program: Click this LINK to download the Windows installation file to your computer.

  2. Install Agent: Go to your downloads folder and find the file called WindowsCyberAccess. Double-click on it to start the installation.

  3. Don’t Blink: The Remote Management Program will flash an installation screen then disappear and complete in the background.

Mac
